The ultimate goal of the Workforce Learning Link is to find unsubsidized employment and/or referral to an appropriate training program. This is achieved through:
· Improving occupational skills for customers with at least a fifth grade reading level; · Focusing on customer needs through individualized computer based programs; · Providing daily or weekly counseling;
The Details... Classes are held Monday through Friday, from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
The Workforce Learning Link is open to anyone who is legal to work in the United States.
Assessment will be conducted at the Workforce Learning Link, which include Reading and Math Skills, as well as a Career Abilities and Interests Profile.
