Are you an employer wondering how your participation at this year's Youth Job Fair will benefit you?
Not only will you have the ability to selectively screen for adequate candidates to meet your employment needs, you will be giving young people the opportunity to experience work. Work experience is vital for youth to become successful, self-sufficient and to gain independence.
Please, give youth the opportunity to experience the world of work.

Burlington County Workforce Investment Board 795 Woodlane Road P.O. Box 6000 Westampton, NJ 08060 Attention: Barbara Weir, Youth Programs Fax: (609) 265-5399 E-Mail: BWeir@co.burlington.nj.us

***Please note, any self paced/self-directed employment organizations such as Avon, Mary Kay, Princess House, House of Lloyd, Pampered Chef, Aloette, Tupperware, etc. may not participate for the following reasons: 1. Increased number of employers hiring for full time positions; 2. Job Seekers entering the Job Fair are looking for "pre-set" hours, not self-directed employment; and 3. Job Seekers are looking for employers that offer benefits and other offerings, not given by these organizations.
Additionally: Any agencies/organizations looking to solicit information to promote their agency/organization such as Proprietary Schools and Social Service Agencies may not participate for the same reasons.
